James Moses
James Moses, President of Primary Research Group, Inc., has been a consultant to a broad range of corporations and governments. Mr. Moses is the author of hundreds of industry studies and benchmarking reports for Primary Research Group and many other report publishers. He is the former contributing editor of the American Management Association’s Growth Strategies and a contributor to Agenda, Business International, Multinational Business, The Journal of Commerce and other publications. A former economist for the US International Trade Commission, Mr. Moses holds an MA in international political economy from Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs.
Joseph R. Flicek
Joseph R. Flicek is President of Blake Technologies, a New York Corporation established in 1994. At Columbia University, Mr. Flicek established the New Ventures Office of the Science & Technology Ventures Office, where he served as Director from 1996 to 2002. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of M2M Imaging and SIPCOMM, both of which were Columbia University technology spinouts. With over 25 years of experience in all phases of business development, commercialization and intellectual property management in technology and healthcare industries, Mr. Flicek currently works with and advises universities and businesses in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East on technology transfer and licensing issues.
Paul Kelsey
Paul Kelsey is an independent scholar and editor with over a decade of experience working in academic and public libraries. He earned an MLIS from the University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate degree in Religion from Colorado College. Kelsey has worked both as a collection development coordinator and ILB supervisor at an ARL library as well as a circulation librarian at a liberal arts college. As an editor he has served on several ALA committees in addition to serving for a number of years as a member of USAIN (United States Agricultural Information Network). Kelsey is co-founder of the Louisiana Young Readers’ Choice Award and resides in Baton Rouge with his family.
Elaine Sanchez
Elaine Sanchez is Head of Cataloging & Metadata Services at Alkek Library at Texas State University-San Marcos. Ms. Sanchez earned her BA and MLS from the University of Texas at Austin and has worked as a cataloger and technical services librarian for over twenty-seven years. Her published works include several books, chapters, research surveys, and journal articles and have appeared in Technical Services Quarterly and elsewhere. Her most recent book is Conversations with Catalogers in the 21st Century (Libraries Unlimited, December 2010). Ms. Sanchez is a dedicated and ardent advocate for cataloging, catalogers, and metadata librarians.
Yvonne Mery
Yvonne Mery is a librarian at the University of Arizona where she also completed her Master's in Library Sciences. She has developed and implemented online courses for undergraduate students and designed tutorials that cover the spectrum of information literacy skills. She has co-authored several papers on the integration of information literacy in online classes and presented at numerous national conferences on best practices for online information literacy instruction and the creation of engaging and interactive tutorials. Yvonne has also designed and delivered workshops and courses in instructional design and development. In addition to her MLS, Yvonne also holds an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language and has extensive experience in the development of multiple choice test items. She is currently co-authoring a book on the creation of online information literacy courses. Yvonne has worked with a number of e-learning software tools including Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and the University of Arizona’s Guide on the Side which has won national awards for its use in the teaching of database instruction online.
Erica DeFrain
Erica DeFrain is Assistant Library Professor and Instructional Design Librarian at the University of Vermont. Ms. DeFrain holds a Master of Arts in Information Resources and Library Science and a Master of Science in Educational Technology, and is currently working on a PhD in Educational Psychology, all from the University of Arizona. Her research focus merges the fields of educational psychology, instructional technology, and information literacy instruction. Her career has been devoted to the library profession, and she has experience working in university, law, community college, public, and private libraries.

Salman Haider Graduated in Science with Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics from Lucknow University and completed his Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Aligarh Muslim University with a First Class securing IInd Rank and the prestigious P.N. Kaula - S. Bashiruddin Gold Medal. He also achieved the Undergraduate Merit Scholarship and the Postgraduate Merit Scholarship in B.L.I.S. and M.L.I.S. respectively.

Janet Crum
Janet Crum, head of library technology at Northern Arizona University, has an MLS from the University of Washington and has worked in library technology and library administration in academic and research libraries for over 25 years. She has published articles on emerging roles for biomedical librarians, 3D printing and makerspaces, and managing electronic resources in libraries.

Rachel Gordon
Rachel Gordon is the Head of Access and Collection Services and Senior Lecturing Fellow at the Duke University Law Library. She was formerly the Access Services Librarian at Mercer University School of Law and a Senior Legal Research Consultant at LexisNexis. Ms. Gordon has a J.D. from the University of Tennessee, an M.B.A. from Mercer University, a M.S. in L.I.S. from Drexel University, and B.A.s in International Studies and Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University.
Ms. Gordon teaches legal research in JD and LLM legal research and writing courses, administers all aspects of the Access and Collection Services Department, and provides supervision and coordination of borrower services including circulation, reserves, interlibrary loan, and collection management. She is active with the American Association of Law Libraries and the Southeastern Chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries. She has written articles published in the Tennessee Law Review, Spectrum: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law, and AALL Spectrum. She also co-authored the American Association of Law Libraries RIPS-SIS ILL Toolkit.
LuAnn Wandsnider
LuAnn Wandsnider is a Professor of Anthropology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She teaches courses in quantitative methods and Anthropology UX. An anthropological archaeologist, her research focuses on how individuals perceive, interpret, and respond to material symbols and signals, the temporality of archaeological deposits, and the resilience of human adaptations in the Anthropocene. She is the author of numerous articles and co-editor of five books on landscape archaeology and other topics.

Dr. Marlies Kirchner
Dr. Marlies Kirchner obtained her PhD in library and information science from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany. Her dissertation dealt with data quality in citation analysis. She held research positions at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, working on Europeana, at iFQ in Berlin, doing follow up research on her dissertation topic and at the Institute of Information Science of Academia Sinica in Taipei, Taiwan, where she worked on researchers’ h-index sequences over time. She published her research in journals, including JASIST, and pertinent conference proceedings.
Kirchner currently resides in Vienna, Austria, working as a technical writer for an IT Security firm, as well as a freelance copy editor and consultant for academic writing.
Daniel Murphy
Mr. Murphy is currently an associate professor of philosophy at Saint Peter’s University (SPU – Jersey City, NJ) with 15 years of full-time experience in higher education, primarily as an instructor, writer, researcher, and director.

Dr. Stephanie Bosco-Ruggiero holds a PhD in Social Work from Fordham University, an M.A. in Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware, and a B.A. in Political Science from Vassar College. Dr. Bosco-Ruggiero has taught social policy at Fordham University GSSS, Adelphi University SSW, and Wurzweiler SSW at Yeshiva University. From 2007 to 2017 she worked with Fordham GSS faculty on federally funded grant projects including the National Center for Social Work Trauma Education and Workforce Development, and the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute. Previously, she worked in government and for Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City. Currently Dr. Bosco-Ruggiero has a freelance and consulting business focused on her main interests which include social policy, child welfare, spirituality in social work, and child and adolescent mental health. Past and current clients include American Academy of Pediatrics, bonfire digital wellness, R3ciprocity blog, Social Work Degree Center, Tuskegee University Department of Social Work, and Mental Health California Magazine.
