For Individuals and Non‑Bookseller / Wholesaler Institutions
Print books in new salable condition may be returned for up to 20 days from purchase date for refund or store credit.
E‑books (PDF downloads) are not returnable.
For Booksellers and Wholesalers
Print books in new salable condition may be returned for store credit for up to 1 year from purchase date.
E‑books are not returnable.
